Great customer service. I had been in a bind with work being so busy and had been putting of getting my oil change. I called to see when I could possibly make an appointment to make it as quick as possible. They offered to come pick my car up from work. It was so helpful and I really appreciated the help!

Louetta is the only place I will take my car. The guys there are incredibly professional, quick, and honest. They make sure to take care of your vehicle thoroughly from start to finish and even tell you if there are problems they can't fix - for example, I had a bubble in my tire I didn't know about that they found during an oil change. They don't do tires, but showed me what was wrong, recommended where to go, and even who to talk to. The staff there is so thorough and genuine and kind! I will never go anywhere else!

Wow! What an incredible turn around with their new General Manager Brian! I use to avoid this place like the plague, but now I even take my wife’s new BMW to them since they have a new Master level foreign car technician! I’m truly ecstatic now I know if something is wrong with any of our vehicles and I need anything done even warranty work, I’ll go to louetta Automotive on FM 1463 next to Exxon. Ask for Brian the General Manager he is awesome! And finally, I can truly go to a auto repair shop and not feel like lied to and taken advantage of! I’m an airline pilot and when I’m flying I at ease knowing Brian will take car of me if my wife has a problem with her car.

Went in for synthetic Oil Change. Brian Cox welcomed me in and also took great care in listening to my concerns about CEL. I have an office in the next centre from them and instead of calling when my car was ready, he walked over, educated me on my car and took my credit card back to his office and walked my receipt back to me. Have always had a good experience here. Friendly and professional with a remarkable clean and comfortable waiting area with free WiFi, free water, and a TV with remote. Also has power outlets available and a desk area to accommodate remote workers. Oh yeah, they do great, reasonably priced work on vehicles, too! I've found them to be honest about repairs needed.
